Suboxone before LSD?

Swim wants to do some LSD today, but he took suboxone at 10 PM last night and heard that it could prevent him from tripping. Is this true, and if so, would the suboxone be out of his system by 6 PM or is there any way to get it out of his system? It's 1 PM and he is still feeling it.
