What type of test would it be? Urinalysis? Hair follicle?

When swim says "single use", does this mean one session or one line/shot/smoke?

3-5 days for urinalysis seems to be the consensus, but there are many factors to take into account. In my research I've read that metabolites can take up to 8 days in heavier users, and read on one site that a chronic, super-heavy user tested positive for metabolites after 3 weeks, but I don't have much information to back that up. I think the 3-5 days is pretty much standard.

For a hair follicle test, I believe 90 days is accepted, but i suggest swim should read up a bit more and not take my word on that, as I'm not 100% sure myself.

SWIM is talking about a UA test. One time use means about 6-7 lines that this guy did. He did it about 30 days previous to that as well. After the 6-7 lines he was tested 24 days later and he is looking for all the opinions he can get.

He took the test 4 weeks agao and hasn't heard anything from his PO since, his next meeting is Wednesday.

Is he cool. He lea3ned his lesson and will never do this again until well after his probation ends. Is he completely fine? Guy is big 6'5 240 but active and drinks tons of water.

PS -- Good idea for the guy to wait until after his probation is over. 24 days is a long time, but swiy should tell that guy to be careful and not take chances with his freedom. ;=)

Yep, guy is done with that crap. 24 days is a lifetime for that crap but he knows the anxiety isn't worth it. He will never risk it again. He took all the home test stuff before going in and all those were negative so I'mhoping t those things are legit.

He appreciates the info of all the folks on the board.

Years ago I tested positive for cocaine. I was in a rehab so it was their test. It had been 4 days since I did any. I couldn't believe it showed!
