Drug info - Most effective way to utilize kratom

Hello everyone!! Although I am new here I have seen several people mention that the most effective way to utilize kratom is to make a tea out of it and that is not always the case. the traditional mehtod of using kratom is by chewing the fresh leaves, sometimes up to 30 leaves a day depending upon the users tolerance.

Tea is a good method of utilizing kratom however it wastes a great deal of material. Since fresh leaves are nearly impossible to find the most effective way to utilize kratom is by the TNW or toss and wash method which involves measuring out a dose, and swallowing it with your drink of choice.

I hope I dont sound like a jerk or am overstepping my boundaries but I have been in the kratom world for over 5 years and have friends in the countries where kratom is both grown and is illegal and want to ensure that everyone is getting the best experience possible out of their kratom.
