Dose - peyote dosage

swim is going to buy peyote and extract the mescaline for consumption, swim wants to buy enough peyote to give a fairly good trip him and a few mates, (say 4 people)

swim has found a website which sells peyote but is unsure of the amount of peyote he will need, the website simply states that the peyote is 6 +cm, hard grown, 10 year old plants "Beautiful delicate white flowers. these plants have been flowering for years now, you can harvest the fruit and sow the seed"

how many plants should swim buy?

any help much appreciated, swim searched the forum and google, but didnt find anything which really answerd his question.
