Smoking - .5 grams of 40x and not high?

so swim had some salvia one day and it was 40x.

Swim smoked less then .1 grams in a pipe and was completely gone.

The next day he gives his girlfriend a half gram bowl in a bong and tells her to hold it in.

She takes a HUGE hit and holds it for a minute and had no effects at all.

how is this possible?

Sounds pretty strange to SWIM. SWIM had 0.1 grams of Salvia x35 in a pipe and only felt the corners of their vision shifting. SWIM then took 0.5 grams and was totally gone off this planet (in a very, very hard way).

SWIM assumes SWIY's GF actually inhaled the smoke rather than letting it escape some how? SWIM can't believe someone would have no effect from that amount of Salvia.

yea it was really wierd... swim was almost in shock when she blew the hit out and was like ummm ok thats it?

any other swimmers seen or know whats really going on?

Maybe smoking it wrong? Usually two hits give the best effect. The body can only reallly "use" up to a certain amount of Salvinorin-A (if i'm right... i'm not sure) so smoking half a gram wouldn't do much more than smoking 0.2g.

Try less extract, 5x - 10x and a smaller amount, no point in wasting the strong stuff!

Then again SWIY's girlfriend might just not get any effect off of salvia period. It's known to happen.

nah swim served the hit up and knows she hit it right.
she hit it like a champ.

as swim said b4 he smoked .1 gram and it waisted him.

Swim thinks he just ran into one of the rare people that are immune to salvia.

This girl does HELLA drugs and they all work for her... except salvia odd

What type of lighter did SWIY use? Salvia needs high heat held on it to properly release the chemicals. SWIM suggest another try with butane or torch lighter and hold it in as long as you possibly can. If this doesn't work SWIY might be broken.

swim bought some salvia one time and they told me they had smoked two bowl's with another person and that neither of them had felt a thing. meanwhile swim smoked another bowl by himself and a minute later still felt nothing. swim then decided they should go for a walk and tries to get out of his car. as soon as he got up and took one step he said he was sent into another dimension he fell into his seat and said it gave him one of the most remarkable experiances. swim then smoke some the next da and did not feel the effects at all. so i'd just say that you's weren't doing the right amount but be careful as it may be very abrupt and with just a little more.

SWIMS GF didint feel shit off half a gram.

Swims gf hit it off a bong and cleared the hit. And she held it longer then swim.

One wonders why some people don´t get affected by salvia... maybe something to do with receptors? medication? Genetic predisposition?
Did she sweat? SWIM saw someone once who couldn't get high with salvia... but he did sweat, IIRC.
