Okay, so today Lizard wanted to try something...

He'd taken a 80-ish mg oral dose of morphine and was feeling pleasant. So, he decided to smoke a little salvia, get ALL the receptors firing. He'd heard that opiate use dulls the effects, so he took a bit more (a bit too much). Here's what happened:
T+0: 2 drags of 30X consumed through pipe.
T+0 - T+15: Intense salvia trip. Any morphine effects were basically "along for the ride."
T+15 - T+25: Lizard decides to enjoy the day. He's close to baseline, but the bottom of his spine is starting to ache and his kness feel...arthritic? (Mild, so he makes nothing of it.)
T+25 - T+40: Pain is coming on STRONG. In addition to amplifying the previous symptoms, his calves feel as if he'd pulled them (from walking uphill), and he has a headache that he'd equate to being stabbed with an ice pick each heartbeat!
T+40 - T+50: Too much pain to even walk; Lizard spends time at a bus stop until pain subsides to the point where he can limp home.
T+50 - T+1:05: Lizard drinks a couple colas in a bar, where he is overjoyed to notice symptoms have reduced to "a bad flu." (Aches, chills, etc.)
T+1:05 - T+1:20 (present): Lizard is wrapped under blankets and running a hot bath. He'll ride it out.
Note that this is a Lizard that's never had anything worse than "mildly annoying nausea" from his 3 on/3 off schedule. He doesn't even want to pretend to imagine what a REAL habit would feel like!
Now, having never had full-blown WDs before, there's a cetain amount of conjecture here, but he cannot imagine any other explanation for pretty textbook WDs. Obviously, the test would be to repeat the experiment, but it'll have to be someone
else: probably someone a little brave and a whole lot mentally ill!
Bathtime, and (hopefully) sleep...
BTW, there is a 0% chance he imagined this.
