Drug info - Question re: liquid methamphetamine

SWIM has a question. SWIM has a friend who told SWIM that he went to a club and that his girlfriend put something in his coffee to make him feel high. He told SWIM that about forty minutes after he drank it felt very energetic and motivated. Then, that night when he went home, as he put it, the sex was the most absolute best he'd ever had. Told SWIM he had a difficult time with erection, but that nonetheless he felt extremely good. He also told SWIM that that night he had a report for school due in two days, and that he could concentrate better and that he had a lot of motivation and that he finished the report in several hours.

His girlfriend had told him that it was methamphetamine.

Is it very possible that it was meth that was put in his drink? The reason SWIM ask is that SWIM thought that meth usually comes in pill form. Or could it have been something else?

What else could it have been?

Would GHB have had effects similar to the ones described above? What else could it have been? SWIM asked him how much of the stuff she put in his drink and he told SWIM about four drops from a syringe.

What could the substance have been?
