My friends in London get hold of white H occasionally, Goes by the name "white Thai".
Assuming you get the real thing, white H is a nicer purer experience (so they tell me). Quite a bit different to brown, not so itchy-scratchy as Brown H. It also dissolves in cold water, so there's no need for an acid to get it into solution, and it's quite effective if snorted.
I guess there's less unconverted morphine,etc, in the white SE asian H than brown afghan.

Unfortunatley, it appears that white H is easier to cut.
