Effects - help this swim ! Please.... Best benzo for dealing with difficult interview?

OK not sure if the prefix is right for this if it isn't then am sorry and feel free ot add mend it.

Now this is swims situation he had some very bad family news and smashed the kitchen up, stupid he knows ! And he wont do it again (it was anger)

At happened 3 hours before his night shift and swim didn't find it ethical to phone in on sick a short notice, but he should have done. And if it wasn't a night shift he would heave done.

Now when he come in there were cuts and all over his hands and blood everywere... Also swim had been crying which was obvious (he normally doesn't cry !) Also swim had been drinking in the morning to get to sleep which was noted (smelled) by the nurse in charge (excuse, couldn't brush my teeth well as right hand in bits !) Also a written statement has been made by the nurse in charge of that shift and swim hasn't seen it yet....

Now swim has a informal interview (chat with manager and senior manager)

He isn't stupid and can speak for himself but he has enough diazepam, clonazepam and alprazolam and was wondering what would be the best for this informal chat with (senior) management for this situation and the dose to take, and the time interview will be at 13:30 next week.

He isn't new to benz's but would really appreciated some opinions on this situation..

As he will be nervous just before and during the interview !
