San Pedro "Incense" Color?

SWIM found a Peruvian source for San Pedro incense and had a question about it. (SWIM knows it's not a good idea to buy powdered cacti for the legality of it in the long term and isn't really planning on buying it due to the cost anyway).

My question is, is the SP powder supposed to be white? Is it possible that this is pure mescaline? It says it's made using fresh green skins of the cactus, so I'd think it'd be green or at least brown, not pure white. Any ideas?
