Side effects - Shooting pains down left arm

SWIM's buddy uses adderall both recreational and/or for a test in school. SWIM;s buddy has a tolerance, and sometimes will take over 100mg to SWIM's knowledge of what was said to SWIM. SWIM's buddy recently was feeling heart palpitations, as well as shooting pains down his left arm.. SWIM buddy freaked out and has taken his blood pressure several times, and it was outragouesly high..155/95. SWIM buddy could almost feel it pounding.. This is even on days SWIM buddy had taken it for a day or 2.

SWIM wanted to know WTF this is? SWIM's buddy was unsure if either it's anxiety-related or if SWIM's 23 year old buddy is actually having some negative cardiovascular effects, or going to have a stroke or something..

well, SWIM's buddy hasn't taken adderall today, and took his BP and it was muh better - 125/85.. SWIM's buddy plans on taking a break and never taking more then 40mg of adderall in a 24 hours peroid to be on the safe side....

SWIM has also had anxiety issues with adderall, as SWIM has an anxiety disorder.. altho sometimes SWIM gets a calming efffect from adderall..

SWIM know's all about how anxiety can effect the heart and BP. when SWIM goes in the doctors office, SWIM gets nervous and the BP sometimes goes up to 160/90 range... crazy!! but when SWIM is feeling normal in the evening, SWIM Takes it an it's lik 115/68..

Strange, think it's refferred to as white coat syndrome or something...
