Cocaine use as an appetite suppressant...

As well documented in the media the likes of size zero models, celebrities et al.. use cocaine as an appetite suppressant....
why is it then that swim has no problem eating on coke... carb loading etc.?
Should coke decrease appetite.. swim uses coke on a regular basis but has never has ill effects on appetite etc.
