Anyone - Judge Meth HCL quality

So swim was wondering if there was any way to tell the quality of Meth HCL? Swim took a few droplets and put in water, it quickly vanished, the product had a few larger rocks, some dust, pretty white in color and somewhat sticky but not sticky enough to cut and snort... Any ideas?
