I have a request of anyone who would like to participate. The following Walt Disney movies where made with hidden hallucinations for those on LSD. I would like to share the secret and hope that some of you will respond to this thread with information regarding what you encountered. The two movies I recommend are: Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella. Please help out to spread this information and rely it to all of us here. The explanation on what to do is as follows.
-Just as you peak, turn on Sleeping Beauty and watch. There are so many hidden jokes and hallucinations, you won't be able to explain them before another pops out on the screen. In the background of both movies ( not throughout in Sleeping Beauty) there is a figure which I have named "The Dude". The dude is a hidden character within the background animation. The trick to spotting him comes from the "tracer" effect that LSD imbues. The character is drawn on the left side of the screen in a specific pose. On the right side of the screen is another image of the dude, this one showing the end of his movement. In between the two are the frame by frame movements required to make the dude reach to pose he is using on the right side of the screen. When you roll your eyes from the left image, through the subsequent "animation" images to the right side, the tracer effect connects and animates that image into a moving cartoon. Here is the part that makes it special for each one viewing this; the mood you are in at the time relates to how you perceive this image. i.e. if you are laid back you will do this rather slowly and the dude will slowly dance. If you are tense, you will naturally preform this action quicker and more frenetically resulting in an animation that is furiously shaking. I know this sounds crazy, BUT IT IS TRUE. I have shown this to others while sober and they are up and they confirmed that it is indeed true. "Why can't I see this Sober?' you ask? The reason is because this dude does not have an outline as so many of us are used to. Instead the dude is made up of color gradations that imply a change in texture and form. Only the tracer effect will tie it all together. Hard to explain, but once you know what to look for it jumps right out at you. Here are some other things to look for 1. Every time Aurora is on screen, she is being sexually accosted by a hidden image. Examples... While under Maleficence's sleeping spell the drape behind her contains the dude, he is pulling off her dress with his teeth. While dancing in the forest the branches in the background make pinching fingers, that happen to be focused on her breasts. While running through the forest, the flowers on the bush are the Wolves from Tex Avery cartoons that are depicted as womanizers, howling at a running 15 YEAR OLD! 2. The forest for which animation fans have given such accolades to is a little scarier than presented. ALL trees have people stuck in them. All are screaming or moaning and trying to escape. 3. When Aurora is walking up the turret to touch the wheel. The walls around the staircase show images of skulls and death. 4. Pay close attention to the three wishes made by the fairy godmothers in the beginning. These are the trippiest parts of the movie. 5. If you utilize the "rolling animation" technique on the bottom left to right of the book (the closing sequence has the book closing up to finish the story) you will see the dude eating LSD and winking at you. There is so much in these movies this is just the tip of the iceberg, but I have given you the tools to find these secrets, I ask that you relay this information back to all of us so that we can spread this. If I receive good feedback I will reveal other movies that utilize these principles for others to scrutinize and enjoy. These two movies are just the beginning of what has been done in movies throughout the decade since the introduction of LSD. I was staggered by this revelation and want to share that experience with others. THIS IS NOT A JOKE, I am serious and do this to share the great fun it was to have the privilege of seeing this for myself. Please, be cynical and scientific, but most of all enjoy. P.S. sorry for the long thread, but it was necessary to get my point across |

Re: Ws Walt Disney CO. Making LSD movies?
the original disney cartoon movie 'alice in wonerland' is trippy as hell; a caterpiller smoking (god knows what) out of a hooka, eating mushrooms to either grow or shrink, the mad-hatter is obviously under the inluence of hard-core psycedelics having a bad/psycotic trip. theres a ton more intentional or unintentional drug references (specifically psycedelic drugs).

Re: Ws Walt Disney CO. Making LSD movies?
SWIM suggests you watch the Disney/Studio Ghibli films Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away on LSD, no movie has been more intense, exciting, and felt that it was personally made for SWIM to watch on acid. There's one scene in Mononoke when the characters are complaining about the bad shit thats happened to them and they say "its as if the God's are laughing at us" all the while me, a 3-D being, was laughing at these on-screen 2-D creatures. It occured right after SWIM took a nitrous balloon and was a very synchronistic experience.
And in regards to Spirited Away, you jsut have to watch it all the way through and then you'll know what SWIM is talking about..."Well Done!" SWIM knows these films were made during a time in Japan when many RC's were available from street vendors and AMT was increasing in popularity, all thesee factors may have influenced Hayao Miyazaki's art, but who knows. |

Re: Ws Walt Disney CO. Making LSD movies?
Disney used to sneak all kinds of secret things in their movies. In fact they probably still do. There's supposedly a penis drawn in the cover of The Little Mermaid: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2335/...bf8bce67a4.jpg - whether that was intentional or not idk.
In The Lion King I've heard that there is the word 'sex' written in a smoke cloud during the movie...I heard there's some stuff in Aladdin as well but I dnt remember what. Anyways whether any of this was purposeful or not in each case we will prolly never know. |

Re: Ws Walt Disney CO. Making LSD movies?
Who knows, maybe those hidden images aren't only wild imagination. There is a picture of a topless woman imbedded in the movie 'The Rescuers', even though Disney claims there animators didn't do it:
![]() http://www.snopes.com/disney/films/rescuers.asp This isn't disney, but that's a real hidden image Thousands of posters were distributed in the mid 80's in South-Australia before it was discovered and all posters claimed back.http://www.snopes.com/cokelore/poster.asp Edit: Uploaded pics. Always fetching the pictures from drugs-forum's ip seems to result into the cokelore picture changing into a face that's mocking me

Re: Ws Walt Disney CO. Making LSD movies?
SWIM hopes thats this can be shown to be more than an "inkblot" effect and is reproducable. SWIM will report back when he sees for himself.

Re: Ws Walt Disney CO. Making LSD movies?
Sounds like pretty typical hallucinations. SWIM has seen similar images of sex and death in various things while on LSD, including natural things which could not have been designed in such a way. It is natural to relate these things to your experience and imagine that they were designed to cause such hallucinations, but in reality this is not usually the case.
SWIM will watch this some time though with this in mind, though it will not be on LSD unfortunately. |

Re: Ws Walt Disney CO. Making LSD movies?
SWIM remembers an interview with some of the animators from Disney and one mentioned many of the animators taking mushrooms. Swim cannot remember for the life of him where this interview was from (it was footage, not print). If anyone else has seen this and remembers where SWIM would love his memory refreshed.
