Poll for uses of SSRI's and/or St John Wort for antidepression

So many conflicing ideas and thoughts about these two for anti-depression figured a poll was in order to see what people here think. So if swims used an SSRI or St Johns Wort post your answer. Or if you haven't used either give your opinion on which one you would choose, as I'm also curious about the public perception on which ones the best of the two.
