Controlling Post-Binge Eating

So Swim binged from last Friday to about 2 AM on Tuesday morning, very very little food, very very little sleep. Swim then crashed for 16 hours, woke up Tuesday afternoon, and wanted to eat the world.

Swim finds the weight loss the most positive side effect of smoking ice, and though Swim knows quite well that it differs from person to person and is not always sure to work, she'd like to at least keep the few pounds off that she lost over the few days of her binge.

So, what does Swiy do to stop Swiy from eating ridiculous amount of food after coming down? Swim doesn't want to go take anymore just to curb her appetite, because she really wants to avoid psychosis and/or addiction, so she is asking instead for any pointers that Swiy would happen to have.

Thank you very much

P.S. -- Hope this hasn't been asked or anything, Swim couldn't find any threads, but she may have missed one, and if so, she apologizes.
