Culture - Best UK City ?

Swim was wondering which UK city is the best to score heroine ? The reason for this is that where swim is living he doesn't want to use it due to fear of going of the rails again...

He could get to Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Belfast, Dublin, Blackpool, Inverness, Southampton, Leeds, Newcastle, Dundee and probably a few others.

All he wants to do is go by plane or boat to one of the city's mentioned above and stay in a hotel for one night and go back the next day. And for the one day he wants to have fun... Surely he could find heroine in any big city (he isn't new to the junky world)

But which one would be the most easy to score ? As he is only there for for 24 hours or so and wants it as easy as possible. He does know how to score all he wants to know which city is the best for it !
