Cultivation - Enrchhment with evil CO2

Hi there,
my cat wold like to know if anybody else's pet has had success with using the evil gas CO2 to enhance growth and yield of Erythroxylum Coca. My cat has red on the internet that it can greatly enhance crop yield. She said that a friend of hers told her that concentrations of up to 1500ppm produced good results with other species of plants. Has anyone elses pet used the evil gas CO2? How wold it hyptheticly be used on a small scale? My cat finds lots of nice devicees to regulate CO2 concentrations but she says that most of them are expensive and only sutable on a larger scale, than what she is intending.
