kava and gaba?

ive read kava is non addictive and does not suffer from dosage tolerance,does any swim no why this is so as most gaba agonists ie valium ghb ect suffer this problem,also if you have gaba tolerance due to yaers on and off benzos will this affect the kava.also not vender specific but what kava have you found strongest type like Mahakea kava,thanks
