Adderall XR vs Dexedrine Spansules vs Focalin?

SWIM just had a renewal to his 10mg Adderall XR prescription and will go back to get upgraded to 20mg or maybe 30mg...
SWIM's doctor asked him if he wanted to try Dexedrine, he said it's cheaper and possibly better...
SWIM has also read about Focalin being better than Ritalin...he already tried Ritalin and it helped quite a bit...although Adderall XR was better.

So SWIM is asking: What would be better and what would be the equivalent doses?
