Preparing for a first time
SWIM purchased a 1gram vial of 10X Am-Hi-Co extract from his local headshop a month ago, but SWIM's never gotten round to smoking it as he's been doing so much reading on it.
SWIM's a bit apprehensive and now thinks that 10x might be too strong an extract to start with and is considering buying 5x instead. SWIM plans on using a glass pipe and standard lighter to smoke it. SWIM is wondering what sort of dosage would be appropriate for a first time, SWIM wants a light introduction to the plant, and doesn't want to dive in at the deep end. Finally, SWIM is wondering whether it is absolutely essential to have a trip-sitter present?
