i just got these from my doctor there made for weight loss he said they might help give me energy as well as lose a couple of pounds...what do you know about these? good and bad? i thought they were called adipex

Damn, there really needs to be more info about this drug around the place, especially considering so many of the once loved weight loss drugs are becoming few and far between. I guess there isn't because it's the plain and simple truth that you can't really get high on it. I mean you can, but anyone that has had speed knows that it doesn't really compare. The best I can describe it is that it's kinda like what codiene is to morphine, similar, but hardly the same. That doesn't mean I don't see potential for the drug, and before I would like to proclaim myself as some sort of expert, I would need to hear a lot about what other people have to say about the drug. This is where you people need to come in and fill in the gaps.

They're a mild stimulant that were given by docs and diet clinics for help with weight loss. They're also called Ionamine and Duramine, but Sparkles believes they are the s/r versions.
If you've never used them before and have no tolerance to stimulants don't take them after midday as they will stop you from sleeping. They'll also curb your appetite and give you more energy, start cleaning the car and you'll finish it, paying attention to every detail. Sparkles always forgot to drink plenty of water with them, they can make your mouth dry and your lips sore. SWIY might experience mild palpitations, but apparently that a common side effect. They're not that strong, compared to Adderall, but should still be respected, don't knock em back cos they're not strong. Doctors will usually only prescribe them for a max of twelve weeks. But that was in the UK, not many doctors give them now.
They will give you a kick, if you've never taken anything like this before, and you'll definitely lose weight.

Definitely better than ephedrine, ephedrine doesn't release any dopamine (the one responsible for euphoria) but phentermine does, along with all the other things ephedrine does release. Hope this answers your question.

Everyone should note that drugs effect everybody differently and has heard of many people stating that the drug definitely offers something in the way of a recreational drug, but not nearly as mind blowing as your Ritalins, dex and meth amphetamines, but has the plus of not being as addictive as these stronger stimulants too. Definitely something to consider...
