Health - Amanita related nausea

I had another crazy dream.A talking vagina came to me and told me this:
" My cousin scored some amanita muscaria from the nature.No stupid vendors but right from the forest. He sun-dried them for a couple of days and they had no maggots, flies or other nasty shit.So i met up with him and we cooked them (not sure they were cooked but seemed pretty dry to me) and some even seemed crunchy.I ate like 4-5 maybe 6 medium caps and he ate like 4 i guess.After 20min i got crazy-ass nauseous and threw up violently.I threw up everything in my stomach and kept felt like puking only nothing came out(it was fuckin empty).I had tears in my eyes and my throat hurt.My cousin got no nausea but also no effects.I fell asleep quickly in like 10min.I woke up after a couple of hours. What should i do to atleast lessen the nausea?"
I wonder how can i help this poor vagina? Any advices for her?
