I have no idea where the "Are you a cop?","You have to tell me if you're a cop" got started,the movies or t.v. maybe,but it sounds so ridiculous that we are participating in(alleged)illegal activities and looking fora law to protect us from getting caught.I have been up and down enough to know that all that matters is MONEY.Think about it.....law enforcment,all the people that work at courts,hospitals,rehabs,insurance companies....all the money that is pushed into the economy through profits from drugs on both sides of the law.It will never be legal because of this and that is why they can lie.We can argue ethics all we want but when we live in a country as big and powerful as the good ole U.S.A the powers that be tell you it's not good for you,but drinking and cigarettes are o.k. ,really mean we need money.Our intrusive gov't programs are costing too much and instead of creating programs that generate economy we will create programs that cost money and charge the sinners.I don't know about the rest of the world but here in my country the only thing I use my actual tax money for is roads.All the rest is used for letting other people live.Call my cynical but that just burns my ass.If I saw a betteruse of the money I wouldn't complain.Just imagine if everytime you earned enough for a sack you had to give25% back to the dealer.Would you do it?So the answer is nothey don't have totell you anything.Be aware that what you were taught doesn't make it true.

The War on Drugsis a War of Thugs with badges and strap~ons serving John Q Public with no regard toConstitutuionaL rights and wiLLdo whatever it takes to violate your protected rights aLL in the name of the "War on Drugs"....here is a honest to God true story with no surprises or twists...I live in a ruraL area in the Midwest on5 acres made up mostly of woods and creek bottom and unmaintainedbrush other then where my house sits, I ambordered bycorn fields and a small stream.I dont use or grow weed in any way, shape, or form, in my youth I did but were talking 30 years ago, I dont have any criminaL record of any kind other then two speeding tickets, our local Drug TaskForce located6 marijuana plants last September in a corn field not owned by myselfbut bordering my back wood lot. They had two helicoptors in the air, one over my house and one over the plants, they intimidated my wife withquestons using false information like saying the plants were on our property, that everythingpoints to YOU!!!. they wanted to search my house and property, I came home and told them toget a warrant and attempted to standmy ground with nothing to hide, they left withoutproducing awarrant, I figured they were just being "Cops" since myproperty was adjacent to theplants, weLL six months later I come home from work and find asearch warrant on my door informing me they had searched my house, they found NOTHING. I called the Officer in charge tocome and tell me WHY?..he said he searched my trash and foundtwo roaches in a discarded cigarette box (not my brand), I have no idea how it found its way in my trash but according to the officerit did, Iprotested the search includingmy trash...he said "Public Access feLLa".......I said BuLL Shit feLLa...he said I could arrest you on what was found inyour trash Sir...I saiddo your duty FeLLa...he said "dont get wise~ass with me Sir"...I said "do your duty FeLLa"....at that point I was expecting cuFFs but he must have had a change of heart...Stand your ground and exercise your rights...they can stiLL do their duty but f**k'em.....

Make them do their job. Make them get a search warrant. It is your constitutional right to refuse a search. Never let them into your home, speak to them thru your door. Do not go outside to speak to them. The only power they have over you is the power you voluntarily give to them.
