SWIM thinks he may be experiencing a panic attack
SWIMs heart is racing, and is having shortness of breath, and breathing hard, does anyone know of any way to help SWIM calm down?

the use of benzodiazepines if available. Alcohol could have a calming effect as well but would also add disorientation if the panic stayed.

Breathe into a paper bag. That will calm down the hyperventilating... If SWIY has any benzos then a proper dosage of them should help with the general anxiety. Hope this helps.

SWIM wishes he had purched ativan not too long ago, when the opportunity ensued, SWIM feels calmer now after smoking another bowl and turning on some sublime, but will try a paper bag if anything occurs again.
