Antipsychotic effect on autonomic system?

SWIM wants to know if anyone can explain what effects antipsychotics have on the autonomic system? Especially in someone who already has autonomic dysfunction or failure... SWIM was RX'd both Xyprexa and Seroquel XR but had to be taken off of them because it caused her heart to race and her to be dizzy even more than usual. Will all antipsychotics cause this effect with her messed up autonomic system?
