Rehab - Experiences

SWIM is being put forward for rehab and SWIM wants to know what are other peoples experiences of rehab.

What happens in detox? SWIM is really nervous about this but also a bi excited that maybe he can get his life back on track again and not worr about going to get his crappy methadone every day.

Any comments about this would be handy. Good or bad experiences.
