Dose - Equivalent dose of Oxy as a Fent Patch

Hi Swim just has a question.

If Swim usually take 100mg of Oxy (orally, immediate release type) and that effects him fairly much to the level he requires then what which strength Fentanyl patch would one suggest so that when the Fent peaks in the blood is has a simular potency to when the 100mg of Oxy has peaked?

If Swim can tolerate 100mg Oxy, then what Fent patch should he take to get the same effect? Swim has access to 50mcg per hour Fent patches, so Swim is hoping that is about right and not too weak.

Any help would be appreciated, and Swim has seen some conversion charts but not one that specifically made sense to him in regards to this conversion, if you another another please let Swim know.
