Best pills to experience lucid dreaming? Btw I tried Melatonin and it didn't work for swim, made swim wake up like 5-6AM.

I would try popping like 10-12 Benedryl if you can get to a walmart and buy it, plus you don't need a prescription.

Whenever Swim trip hard on Benedryl he can barely walk, but then he just feels tired and wants to sleep. Finally once Swim goes to bed, his dreams are very pleasent, and he can remeber them very well. Plus Swims dreams are very trippy, almost as if he was trippin on lsd

Actually SWIM might want to try a ZMA supplement, not only is this healthy, but the vitamin B6 seems to promote enhanced dreaming. SWIM dreams nearly every night with a ZMA, melatonin stack.

Already using ZMA, melatonin sucks though. But the next stuff I'm deff gonna try is:

Swim really hasn't done much studying on lucid dreaming. Swim always thought it was BS, but a few years ago swim starting experiencing sleep paralysis which is pure horror theirs not that much info out there about it though. Sleep paralysis (and i might not be 100% correct) Is the moment right before you enter REM sleep your brain slows your body down to the point of were you cant move(paralysis) but instead off becoming unconscious and falling asleep like normal your aware but you cant move or doing anything except either try an fight yourself awake or drift off into what feels like death, buts just sleep. Swim automatically starts fighting it to try and wake up because its so scary you feel like your fighting for every breath and most of the time theirs auditory and visual hallucinations its very weird. For swim it almost always happened when he was very tired and extremely high on Opiates but that's just swim although hes heard a few people say they experienced the same thing while on opiates. So anyways to the point. Swim read that if u can keep from waking yourself up when this happens you will almost always enter your dreams aware and in control. Out of the hundreds of times Swim had sleep paralysis he only drifted asleep once and had the one and only lucid dream swims ever had said it was unbelievable unfortunately it only lasted a minute his adrenaline woke him up LOL. Maybe this will help supposedly the more you read and think about it the more likely it will happen a few 80's wouldn't hurt either Na Just kiddn.

SWIM took two and woke up an hour later in some sort of paralyzed psychosis.. His cover was breathing n smothering him.. then there was a big black cloud/smoke creature coming at him. The paralysis let off, swim got up and started swinging. Had some serious vertigo, fell and harmed himself.

Everything was as normal besides the weird stuff...

lucid dreaming? how about a nightmare spilling into your woken state.
Ambien is definitely not for swim, some people have these sort of reactions to ambien apparantly.

I have that sometimes after a stressful day/night when I couldn't allow myself to fall asleep, like for example after a night at the wheel of a car driving on highway.

If I get too sleepy driving but can't stop and keep driving and start falling asleep and realize it, it scares me and wakes me up, until I get too tiered again and it repeats. When after a few repetitions I get to my destination, unload etc, which wakes me up but doesn't relax, I go to bed, it can happen.

I think it is because I scared myself so much into believing I am driving, I cant undo it that fast and when my body becomes immobilized, a part of me protests to wake me up and keep driving.

For such situations cannabis is indispensable. It makes my subconscious instantly realize that I have arrived.

Well aside from the sleep paralysis,swim gets it often and all he can say is that it is one thing in life that is very unpleasent................
But for the dreaming......swim was using Chantix to help stop smoking and that drug provides very vivid dreams........the most realistic and strange dreams that swim has ever had........but none of them were nightmares....they were mostly enjoyable dreams
So swims vote is for Chantix.............

SWIM had this experience when he took Ambien a few years ago, it went on for a week or so - SWIM was even 'raped by a succubus', not as fun as
one might think.

Although SWIM was also heavily into "brainwave entrainment" at the time, don't know if it that made any difference.
