3-oh-gaba?

IBE's X-Dreams contains 2 active ingreadients. 3-OH-GABA and N-arachidonyl-dopamine HCL. 3-OH-GABA binds to the GABA A receptor site in the brain which is the same receptor site that benzodiazepines such as Xanax bind to and N-arachidonyl-dopamine HCL binds to the cannabinoid CB1 receptor which is the same receptor stimulated by Marijuana.

Has anyone tried this? Can any chemists explain what 3-OH-GABA is? There's not much information on it on the web about it.
