Dose - With or Without capsules

SWIM uses Adderall XR 30mg for homework. And fun. Like Now.

anyways, for efficiency and other reasons, SWIM usually only take half or one third of a 30 orally (used to be 1/3, but tolerance comes faster than SWIM thought.

Anyways, SWIM found that opening the capsules and taking the beads straight (w/o chewing to break them up) is LESS effective than taking with the capsules. a bit slower effect, but much more intense and 'feelable' and longer lasting too.

SWIM obviously has a little problem in the matter that he has half as many capsules than half-pills.

Anybody else notice, or is it just in SWIM's head??

sounds like a physical impossibility since it is removing a layer which normally dissolves and dissolving takes time.
