Opinions - What to say to get a benzo RX'd? And Which Benzo?

SWIM is guessing that this question has been asked a lot of time. And SWIM has used the search engine.
SWIM does have legitimate Anxietey and Stress.

SWIM is just wondering how to ask his doctor. And SWIM is using Oxazepam (Serax). He doesn't have a script for this one. So SWIM is asking SWIYs what Benzodiazepine SWIM should hope to receive.

SWIM had experience with Alprazolam (Xanax), Clonazepam (Klonopin) and it was already better. But SWIM keep hearing about Diazepam (Valium).

Basically, what should SWIM say and, in a perfect world, receive?
For Further information SWIM will also be getting his Adderall oe Dexedrine back. So maybe a way to ask that would be related migh help...

This isnt the place to ask this.. Keep the swimmers floating.. Dont as how to score drugs. Its about the same as asking "hey where can i buy some crack" please dont take offense.. its just not the place

maybe SWIM didn't understand what the question is about...(BTW what SWIM asks is totally legal/legit)

SWIM has had 2 panic attack, he has bad anxiety and is really stressed out all of the time...
He is not asking 'where can SWIM find drugs?" like you mentioned...
SWIM needs the medication because that Anxiety makes him take bad decision/no decision.
SWIY probably don't understand because SWIY also never had any issues like that and thinks SWIYS are here to get informatin for "unethical" reasons.
And then when someone asks a question on how to obtain something that will help a fellow SWIM so that he doesn't look like a junkie and gets those helpful pill... He just turns him around.
SWIM never abuses the benzos (unless to potentiate other substances...)

See ing as you are new and you don't know how the site works yet you should let someone with more "experience" say those comments...

SunnyHours, why don't you simply tell the things you are posting here to your doc?
If a doc / shrink will have a talk with you and you really are suffering from anxiety
and panic attacks, then you will get help and you will get medication, if found to be
necessary. Of course tt can't make a promise that you will get the number 1. from
your list of wishes. But tt could give you one advice: It's a bad idea (in most cases)
to ask the doc straight away for a certain substance / medication.

Well SWIM was thinking about doing something just like that...he's from south africa (SWIM heard they are more willing to prescribe) and asked to be paid cash... LOL

Nevermind...SWIM just got #30- Adderall 10mg and #20- Lorazepam 0.5mg
