Health - Urinating and dizzy

This might not be right place to post, dunno.

Anyway, swim has done "alot" of drugs in a short periode of time now. Swim takes two sleeping pills at night (saroxetin) and two anti-depressants (paroxetin), and then in the morning he takes modanfinil (up the concentration and awareness) (amphetamin-like)(C15H15NO2S), and if swim still is tired, he snorts some speed just to get a bit pumped up. But mostly the others, speed is just when swim cant concentrate on the modanfinil, then speed to give it alittle boost. Anyway.

Swim has suddenly experienced something different. Not with the drugs, but with health. Sure, now swim can concentrate. But swim only needed to urinate ONCE in a whole day today, which is very uncommon. Swim didnt even need to pee in the morning. Swim also experiences some minor dizzyness from time to time. But the whole urinating thing is what worries swim a bit. Swim has always been a person who has to go alot, especially in the evening. And today swim has urinated one time. In a regular day, swim would have to go at least 10 times.

(Swim is putting this in this forum because its the awakening stuff that swim uses the most.)

Is this something to worry about or not?





(and there is one other thing, but swim might be imagining things. But while at school he feels like someone is calling his name, but no one is. This could just be that swim thought someone said his name, but didnt, probs nothing)

Becoming dizzy could be a sign of swiy getting hypotension (low blood pressure), although taking stimulants the way you do, swim might expect it to actually be higher than normal, but obviously swim isn't a doctor. Is your friend in a position to go see their doctor about this?

Swim has heard of people hearing voices due to amphetamine psychosis, so she wouldn't ignore this symptom if she was swiy!!! Wiki says that chronic use can cause this, even in small doses sometimes.

I tried to post links to Wiki articles about both Hypotension and Amphetamine/Stimulant Psychosis, but I don't have the required number of posts yet. A quick search can get you more information, I'm sure.

Please be careful, and try to cut back if swiy can! These are pretty serious symptoms and could be indicitive of larger problems! Swiy should talk to a physician.

My suggestion is that SWIY takes a break, re-hydrates and eats. Dizziness could be a sign of low sodium or potassium, so refuel, and if SWIY does not feel better after plenty of water and [healthy] food, then I suggest contacting a doctor.

SWIY is overdoing the stimulants. Right now SWIY is badly dehydrated and showing beginning signs of amphetamine psychosis.

SWIY needs to cut the amphetamine out at a bare minimum. Make SWIY drink water, a smaller cup every hour on the hour (set an alarm if you need to). Get to bed early.

Your symptoms can be reversed by getting good sleep, good nutrition, and being regularly hydrated. You can only push your body so far - you need to give it time to recover.

Drink water. Consume sodium in fair amounts. Get some potassium(especially) and magnesium and calcium too. It's probably not a big deal, but your body won't hydrate itself without salt. So make sure to eat healthy and take a break. The antidepressant and sleeping medication are both SSRI's and need to be stopped before swim consumes speed. That is just begging for serotonin syndrome. Think heart attacks, seizures, strokes, all off small doses of amphetamine. Just warning swiy. That's a really dumb conbination. Period. Swiy needs to quit the antidepressant and sleeping medicaiton for at least 2 weeks before continued amphetamine use also.
