Health - Nose issues

What could SWIM do to help with that??SALINE SOLUTION?? Are there other options???

SWIY should just clean his nose with water after each time something goes in there and issues should be kept to a minimum

unfortunately, many times d's don't have health as one of their concerns when they cut their batches. there are often things in coke that are bad for the nose. Swim has notices that sometimes theres a mass of insoluble shit in his bags. he once binged from about 8:30 until 4 or 5 am (his biggest by far) and went through about .8. the next morning in the shower he did what m..85 recomended and blew out white shit, presumibly something insoluble that the coke was cut with.

but swim doesn't snort any more, since he has sinus infection (as a result of being around pools too much) and he usually plugs or snorts when he wants that rush

Thanks for the info SWIM has been sneezing and coughing alot since SWIM got the last "ball" and SWIM is trying to be proactive
