Combinations - Getting the most out of Adderall XR...

Okay, SWIM is a Web Designer and he has A.D.D. As mentioned in many of my recent thread, SWIM moved to a new province. No doctor yet but has an appointment soon.

The problem is that SWIM has to finish his Portfolio. He would love to be able to split his last Adderall XR 10mg in 2 doses. One for tomorrow and one for the day after...

He has been substituting with Tramadol and Oxazepam (a light Benzo, helps with the racing thoughts...). Not as effective but still a good help/alternative for SWIM.
He has his empty bottle of Adderall to get a new prescription.

So meanwhile SWIM is wondering about potentiators and ROA. Information about those would be useful. SWIM knows about every potentiators for opiates, but not so for amphetamines/Adderall. Here's what he has right now: Hydroxizine (Atarax),Oxazepam (Serax),Diphenhydramine (Benedryl) and Famotidine (pepcid AC).

SWIM uses caffeine to up the effects, but after a LOT of years on it she is still very sensitive to Addy's. :/

(I have a prescription, not self incriminating) I drink milk to reduce PH because I read somewhere that acids increase the rate that the amphetamine salts are metabolized, extending the XR. I have not done any comparative studies with and without milk to prove it's affectiveness, but the idea is comforting and if nothing else provides a positive placebo effect. BTW, I'm american and i'm in Edmonton right now on a 6 week business trip. I filled my 30 day prescription before I left about a week ago, but I will need to get it filled again soon while I'm still in AB. How would that work for an american? should I go to a family practitioner or a psychologist? will they accept my US insurance? I've noticed (from reading on the internet) that most canadian doctors are anti-adderall; do you know of one that isn't?
