Kratom and Venlafaxine (SNRI)

Hi, my cat has just been to the vets and has been given Venlafaxine an SNRI. He likes to have Kratom once a week as a treat for being such a good cat but is unsure if the two will mix.

Does anyone know if the two will mix ok?
