Drug info - Mini Thins AKA Trucker speed

Swim has been taking Mini Thins, an OTC asthma relief pill, for a while now and I was just wondering if anyone had any info on them.

Also he usually takes two to four before going to bed so that he wakes up awake for high school in the morning, and he was wondering if it was normal for him to toss and turn in my bed and wake up all sweaty and what not.

why would you take them before bed? it's speed. of course you won't sleep well, you're spun/high on the ephedrine in said pills. take them when you wake up, takes about 30 minutes to kick in.

I am too tired to take them when I wake up, so I take them before bed aswell as though out the day. For not sleeping alot at night I sure wake up in the morning felling well rested.

To start sleeping right, you need to lay of the minithins in the evening. Then sleep well and take them afterwards. If you do not follow this advise you are sort of on a ephedrine binge and you'll certainly crash sooner or later. If you need something to sleep well, there are many aids, you could use. 5HTP, Melatonine, Valerian, etc.

is it brand name "primatene" i've discovered this otc medicine after they placed a bad on ephedra. the nasal spray contains ephedrine.
