Will 5 Gram of Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) Cause Damage?

Hi all.

SWIM has been a strong advocate of the CWE for ages, but has recently read that doses of upto 15g of Paracetamol will not cause any significant liver damage.

SWIM has 10 x 30/500 Co-Codamol tablets (30mg Codeine Phosphate, 500mg Paracetamol, resulting in a total Paracetamol dose of 5g.

He wants to know if simply crushing up and taking these pills, just this once, would cause any liver damage worth worrying about?
