Excessive bloating/gas/beltching help needed!!
Hi, 1st time poster. I have tried to search to forums but not had much luck with my question.
When I use GBL on a regular basis i suffer from REALLY excessive bloating, my stomach swells, and I have to spend about 15 minutes out of each hour in the bathroom burping. I've been using traditional anti-acid cures, rennie, gaviscon, bisodol, etc, but I never know if this helps or hinders. Does anybody have any advice? Cheers in advance
