Purity - How to tell the purity of MDMA crystals. Taste? Texture? Smell? Transparancy? Color?

I always find it hard to tell if my MDMA crystals are very pure or not. The best way I have found so far is by the texture and the transparancy. If the MDMA comes in big hard solid chunks and is nearly see through then swim finds this nearly always is the best stuff. Transparancy seems to be the best indicator for Swim. Swim has some MDMA recently that was brown colored, and it was rubbish. Also had some really powdery stuff, which was also rubbish.

Also Swim can tell by the taste. The clear MDMA tasted the strongest and most 'chemically', the other stuff was weaker, and so probably had more impurities in it and less MDMA chemical.

So what would swiy say is the best way to test the purity of the MDMA crystals you get? And does anyone know what the maximum purity MDMA is you can get, percentage wise? One of my mates said its nearly impossible to get MDMA thats more than 90% pure, but I doubt this is true, and wouldn't have a clue how you could test the purity percentage.

By the way, as I cant edit posts yet, I should clarify that when I say "my" or "I" I am actually talking about my invisible pet squirrel, who is a frequent MDMA user.
