Swim has been an occasional smoker for a few months now, smoking about once a week at most. However 24hours after smoking he gets strong anxiety.
Now to be perfectly honest Swim has had anxiety problems long before starting to smoke weed but he is definitely getting it worse and without fail the day after he's had a good smoke. He used to get like this briefly whilst smoking, now it appears he gets it for a long duration the day after. As crazy as it sounds he also starts seeing people differently. His friends will stop feeling like my friends and he will form an impression of them he would have gave them on first glance many years before which is usually negative. Is this a temporary set back which will fade over time like it did when Swim first started smoking? Should Swim give up? or should Swim find a way to relieve his anxiety the day after smoking? All advise is appreciated and I hope my first swimming trial was satisfactory
