bromazepam still kicking the day after
here's the thing, swim had three 3mg bromazepam pills (9mgs total) orally last night at around 9pm.
swim crushed them into a powder and swallowed it with a glass of water. it kicked in real fast, at about 15 mins swim was feeling it and was fuckin awsome. so swim spent the night watching some dvds, eating sweets and going out on the night breeze to smoke some cigarettes and watch the stars. great night. this is the second time swim took bromazepam and before buying it he was doing xanax most of the time. today swim woke up feeling normal, he did some housekeeping and grocery shopping in the morning but at about 11 or 12 the "chill-effect" began to take hold again, swim started losing a bit of balance while walking around and felt tipsy, not lightheaded but kinda high instead. now is 20:15 and swim is still kinda chilling and not completely sober. is this because of the drug long lasting effect or is it something to worry about? swim thought that maybe his liver is failing or something and the drug is still there. anyways swim's about to do a few fat lines of blow to perk him up because he has to go out tonight and he feels he's about to sleep or something |

Re: bromazepam still kicking the day after
the half life of bromazepam is 12-20 hours meaning 12-20 hours after dosing half the peak level of bromazepam will be out of the system.
So theoreticly & im not entirley sure so correct me if I'm wrong but some1 who aint you should still have had either 4.5mgs present in the blood 12 hours l8r or 4.5mg present 20 hours after dosing, which is obviously variable according to the half life of bromazepam...so that's the best explanation I can give, wrong or not Also grapefruit & grapefruit jiuce (preferably 100% gfj) potentiate & prolong the rate @ which certain benzodiazapines & opiates/opioids are eliminated from the body, so it's possible that this could have been the case, although I'm not sure whether or not bromazepam liver metabolism is effected by grapefruit. |
