Health - Pins and Needles

Just curious, after smoking has any one experienced pins and needles when pressure is placed on certain parts of their body the following morning?

It was weird... she held her hands together that morning and had pins and needles in both hands and arms within seconds. She sat cross legged on the sofa and had pins and needles in both feet.

This might be a common side effect but its one she hadn't experienced before so any ideas/comments would be appreciated!

Pins and needles is usually caused by bad circulation. So it could have been because of your posture.
