AnySWIY find drinking after exercise euphoric?

...Lizard sure does. He finds post-exertion drinking to give him a more euphoric, more sedated feeling. He knows that many people think of drinking after exercise, or after physically draining work.

He's always wondered why. There's three possible reasons...three that come readily to mind, anyway. Note that they need not be exclusive...could always be a combo of the three.

1. Endorphin release from excercising. This would be a kinda-sorta drug combo, with the alcohol acting synergistically with the endorphins.
2. Physical exhaustion affecting the quality of the high. Basicaly saying that Lizard feels better because any "nervous energy" that might otherwise be present has been exercised away, leaving him better able to just relax and enjoy the buzz.
3. Psychological factors. Not that Lizard is all wrapped up in plain old drinking being "wrong," but drinkning after exercise feels uniquely "earned." Obviously one's state of mind impacts the quality of the drunk...also there's the effect of going straight from straining one's body to sitting on one's duff...the contrast might makie the buzz feel better than normal.

Mostly Lizard was curious how many others feel especially good drinking after exertion. If you asked him, he'd probably credit 3. mostly, but he'd probably insist there was something more going on, as he always feels more of a "glow" and never jittery. He'd credit 1. and 2. for that, and if forced to choose, might lean a bit more towards 2.

Incidentally, any SWIY find post-exertion boozing LESS fun?
