Adderall, less side effects, and the comedown is easier...

Ritalin tends to have more side effects for those that suffer with ADD anyway and it has been found by a number of people that the side effects are prevalent more so with Ritalin than Adderall when taken for study/recreational/weightloss purposes.

Adderall vs. ritalin for studying? Hands down addy causes swim way less sides than ritalin (headache, sense of pressure in chest). However, dexedrine beats either one in all ways that swim cares about.

Yeah, SWIM'll check out Dexedrine because SWIM can't find anywhere to buy Adderall. By the way, 10mg of Ritalin is that enough for a significant boost in concentration?

Swim's understanding is the majority of people of people prescribed ritalin do just fine with it. The Davis drug guide says 5-20mg, 2-3 times daily for Adult ADHD is normal dosing. What swiy does with that info. is on swiy.

Pretty much anything that isn't Adderall causes SWIM too much anger toward anyone who interrupts her from whatever she's focused on... Even if it's stupid like the pattern of the bark on a tree.

SWIM would definitely pick adderall above ritalin for something like that. and like the person above said, yes dexedrine does beat both of them, being fully d-amphetamine, which is the stuff that causes CNS stimulation and increased concentration, so SWIY wouldn't have the potentially distracting peripheral stimulation caused by the l-amphetamine in adderall, which is racemic.
