Unhappy small dose of ketamine over a week ago, now peeing blood...

The patient has already seen a doctor and tests are being run, but they wonder if there's any reason to bring up a single use of K over a week ago. There were no immeadiate bad reactions, everything has been fine till last night.

They would prefer not to say anything, but if there's any evidence the two could be linked they will bring it up. They know it's probably not a possibility but frankly they are pretty scared and upset over this and wouldn't mind some reassurance.

It is definitely a symptom of large k usage, but only tends to occur when large amounts are being taken daily for a long time. My guess is that its unrelated, but swiy could just be the unlucky person who pisses blood from a tiny bit. How much are we talking here? Have you had ketamine before, and not pissed blood?

Re: small dose of ketamine over a week ago, now peeing blood...

It was kidney stones. Might be in part due to the patients recent discovery of swiss chard, Red Bull Cola, and regular chocolate habits combined with a general dislike of milk.

Needless to say it still sucks, but at least there isn't THAT concern. The fact that they got a percocet script out of it makes it all pretty tolerable.

Stones suck. My cat has had them for years. Hopefully that won't be your future. By the By my cat hasn't done ketamine.
