Hot Knifes and Bottle Tokes

Im from eastern Canada and there is plenty of hash around these parts. A very popular way to smoke it is by bottle toking and another not as popular way is hot knifes. Funny thing is i havent seen either method mentioned on the forum. I think i seen hot knifes mentioned once even after i did a search. Must be a regional thing again, and i know that hash isnt readily available in alot of spots but i think most people know what hot knifes are. But what about BT's?Bottle tokes are done by making a hole in the base area of a bottle, picking up a hoot with the end of a cigarette, and then putting it in the hole at the base of the bottleto collect the hit. Inhale when ready. Is this done in other parts of the world or just from where im from? Just curious cuz its very popular around here and i havent seen it on the forum yet.
