Ecstasy/MDMA advice

SWIM smokes lots of dope and tobacco, and recently has discovered the wonders and somewhat annoying side effects of mdma. All this guy wants to know is if doing maybe... two pills at once on a friday or saturday can really have serious effects on brain function, thought processing, perception, spinal cord injuries etc. please post your opinion?
