Snorting - snorting or swallowing Alprazolam?

just eat it snorting it is just a hassle only pills swim thinks you should snort are OC and thats if you don't wanna bang it

Honestly, Benzodiazepines are not absorbed through the Mucous Membranes well at all. If one were to get high from snorting it, it's only because it dripped down their throat from the back of their nose and into their stomach which is the same as eating it except that one would most likely lose some of the drug in their nose along with the fillers and binders that hold the .25 - 2 mg's of Alprazolam that the pill actually contains in place. All of which can be damaging to ones nose and sinuses.

On top of that, Alprazolam has a very fast onset anyway. Anytime SWIPA has taken Alprazolam it hits him in less than 20 mins. Some it may not hit quite as quick due to the fact that everyones body metabolizes drugs differently, but Alprazolam is well known for it's fast onset. He cannot even recall a difference when he has chewed or crushed them up and taken them as opposed to taking them whole. Either way, the onset seems just as rapid.

SWIPA's final opinion on this is that snorting Xanax (Alprazolam) is pointless considering the existing potential the drug already carries and to snort it would certaintly do more harm than good.

SWIM prefers either sublingual administration or just taking them orally. in SWIM's opinion, he agrees with the above. snorting alprazolam is a total waste. SWIM also feels anal administration is a complete waste as well. crush up and swiy take sublingually or swallow whole. if swiy is not experienced, start with a very small dose and give it time to work. do not overdo it right away, it will only result in swiy falling asleep if swiy takes too much, and thus not remembering anything swiy did.

If something comes as a pill, it's safe to assume that swallowing it the best course of action.

the pure powder.
