Adderall and ritalin mix? pls help!!

swim took 150mgs of vyvanse (a long acting form of adderall) about 5 hours ago

now swim wants to snort some concerta

is he good to snort some concerta? or wud that be to dangerous of a mix

swim is pretty sure 150mgs of vyvanse is like 40mgs of dexamphetamine
and he thinks vyvanse stays in ones system for 8 hours
